Hey now! It’s Monday! Today is the day that we kick off, Be About it! The Accountability Group that will help us to motivate each other to exercise and get our daily water intake.
I will be the first to admit that I often need motivation to get up off of my butt and get active. With this group, we will individually partake in a workout regime that will have us utilizing a FREE workout stream on Youtube.

After completion, we will then snap and post a sweaty,
post-workout selfie in our Secret Group on Facebook. The goal will be to have it done by 9 PM each weeknight, for 4 straight weeks. I would love to have everyone cheer each other on as we all take this journey as a team. We may not be able to get together to exercise, but who says we can’t be Encouragers? Also, we are not here to focus on weight loss, but more or less, getting physically fit. You know….Being able to go up a single flight of stairs, and not darn near pass out when you get to the top. (That LITERALLY happened to me last week! #sooooutofshape)
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
I am super stoked to have these folks join me, and who knows? It just may spark some new friendships along the way. Join me in welcoming Robin, Gena, Kendra, Cristy, Marcella, Ashia, Goldie, & Tan!
